Shipping policy

HANDLING TIME - We aim to ship all card orders within 48 (business) hours of your order being placed. So, if you order Monday, your cards should ship from the lavish Pic-A-Jam headquarters on Wednesday . Or, if you order Friday, we would aim for it to leave on Monday. 

SHIPPING TIME - Shipping times and options are noted as you checkout. For example, if a shipping time is 5-7 business days, an order placed on Monday, we would estimate 5-7 business days from when it actually leaves the lavish Pic-A-Jam headquarters on Wednesday. 

TRACKING NUMBER - Orders with a tracking number may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become "live." So please wait for 24-48 hours after receiving your number to be able to see an updated status.
